Where are the forums gone?

Our experience with forums indicates that, in the area of business accounting and payroll, there is not a significant level of interest in using this facility to "pick the brains" of other users. This may be due, in part, to the fact that technical support has been freely available from Aquila Technology.

However, there is a high level of interest among certain type of individuals, who see user forums as a free advertising medium for scams, and web sites that sell pills, or that have what is euphemistically termed "adult content".

Because the workload required to remove undesirable content from the forums, and the low level of usage by our customers, this facility is currently disabled.

As we move towards paid support plans, there may be renewed interest in the concept of user forums and, if there is a demand, we will reactivate them.
