Support Plans

When you invest in a software solution for your business, you may need help in getting started and the comfort of being to ask for help in the initial stages. Over time, you may need assistance with tasks that are only carried out occasionally. By subscribing to our support plans, you can be assured that we are here to help when you need it.

"Murphy's Law" states that "if anything can go wrong, it will" and, if you encounter problems, our remote diagnosis service gives us the capability of accessing your system (with your permission, of course) and resolving problems in a speedy and cost-effective manner. In effect, we can be "on-site" to resolve any problems without the need to physically visit your office.

With constant changes in legislation and operating systems, we are constantly updating and upgrading our products. Our support plans ensure that your investment is "future proofed" and that you always have access to the latest software versions.

Artemis Accounts

Artemis Accounts support is provided on an annual basis and provides telephone support, remote diagnosis and problem resolution, and free updates and upgrades as new versions of the software are released. Support pricing is as follows:

HRPay Payroll

As payroll legislation changes on an annual basis, each year's version of the product is only usable for that specific year. Depending on the nature of the changes that are made in the budget, the annual update may require changes to the core software in addition to the normal data file updates. Regardless of the version of HRPay you initially purchased, the annual updates are priced the same for all versions, because the update file is the same for all versions. We do not believe that an employer with 20 employees should pay more than an employer with 3 employees for the same service. Annual updates for HRPay are priced as follows:

HRPay for the Irish tax system€75+VAT
HRPay for the UK tax system£79.99+VAT

The annual subscription includes the tax update, and necessary upgrades to the software, remote diagnosis and problem resolution, and telephone support.

ATAMS Time & Attendance Systems

The ATAMS system consists of hardware and software components. In addition to providing telephone support, remote diagnosis and problem resolution, and product updates/upgrades, the support charges listed below provide extended warranty cover for the hardware elements of the system.

SalesCycle CRM

Support is provided free of charge for three months from the date of purchase for the SalesCycle Client application. As there is currently no charge for the Server applications, we do not provide support for these at present.

SmartBooks Parish Accounts & SmartBooks Schools Accounts

Support for all versions of SmartBooks is provided on an annual basis and provides telephone support, remote diagnosis and problem resolution, and free updates and upgrades as new versions of the software are released. Support pricing is as follows:
